Looking to replace this part

Good morning,
I am looking at replacing this part that fits a spyral balance.
Overall dimension are 22.5mm wide, 50mm high plus 5mm for the metallic piece coming out of it, and 13mm deep.
The plastic piece says "patent 4610108".

We don't sell a pivot shoe with your exact specifications. However, the 15-179 comes to mind. Take a look and see what you think.
