Looks like a close fit

Hello

I would like to order two window balancers S770-28B. However, the one in the photo has a bushing the top for a screw mount and the ones i am replacing have two rivots near the top for mounting. Is there a price differance? And how do i indicate that on the order?

I also need four pivot shoes. The closest match looks like 15-167. The pivot sohes i need to replace are 1" X 0.562" X 1.688. The 15-167 is a little taller but i believe they will work. Please let me know if you think otherwise.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your post! The window balance you are requesting is a custom assembly because we'll need to add the rivet to the top of them. I've forwarded the quote to your email so that you may review it and place the order from your online cart.

The 19-029 Short S-Clip is sold separately from the balances. You'll need to add them to the cart from the website along with the shoes.

Regarding the shoe, the 15-167 does seem to be the correct match for the one you have. I believe it may be a closer match for the 15-178 or 15-188. Carefully review each of their dimensions on the website to be sure.
