Loose balance spring

Need help in how to remove movable window to either reattach loose spring or identify part to order

Thanks for posting! The balances in your window are likely sitting in the window, as shown in the photo, because the top sash guides need to be replaced in addition to the balances. I'm happy to identify replacements for both the balances and the top sash guides but I'll need details from both hardware parts to confirm the correct replacements.

For the guides, I'll just need to see a front profile and side profile view to get an idea of the shape and how it installs to the window sash. To identify the balances, I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments, a photo of the center of the balance where the spring and string meet, and I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel.
