40"x46.5" (WxH) With 1/2" wide balance. first two photos are what is in the hanging window, second and third are the right side of the frame second is the left (top is the same as the first picture on the r.h. side of the frame. The hung window is a 23 and 2/8" height. I hope you can help. Let me know if you need more photos.

I'm afraid I can't identify your balances from these photos. I will need you to remove an undamaged version and show me a clear picture of it by itself. I specifically need to see the top end, bottom end, and stamp. We may need more photos after that, but I have to know what to ask for, first.
