Lost square key hole mortise in door/ replaced w/45 degree mortise latch- need handles w/key 4-15/16

outside handle (PL C1120) Inside handle like your 82-080 thumb latch not compatible with 45degree mortise that I used as replacement (PL E2079)
I need a locking outside handle and compatible inside handle to work with the mortise latch I have installed.

I'm a little confused as to what you need. Our 82-080 handle set will not work with the mortise lock you show in your diagram. This is a very specific kind of handle only used for specific kinds of doors.

Can you show me an actual photo of the hardware you have on your door now?
