Hello, can someone please help me find a replacement for the this item. I think I need to replace for a new door handler.
It is 4" between the installation holes.
The color can be anything.

Hello,
It's tough to be sure but it looks like you have a center-mounted thumb latch on the inside handle shown in your photo. If so, I'd recommend taking a look at the 82-030A keyed handle set. Note that the installation holes measure 3-15/16" on-center as shown below. Thanks for posting!
