Louisiana Pacific 1998 balance for double hung window

Question

I have several plastic pcs on these double hung windows that are broken. The slider is stamped with a 20c bsi kl. I also have seen a cross ref part # 62-203-18 on some of my paperwork. I have a picture to send if necessary. Thx!

Thanks for contacting us. This looks like the shoe of a Series 775 channel balance. I'm afraid they aren't available by themselves, though. We can only offer a complete new balance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

The Series 775 has two shoe sizes available, 1" and 1-1/4". You should measure yours just to be sure.
