I need balances for Louisiana pacific tilt in windows. 20HD B is the number stamped on the existing.

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.
We may still be able to help, but I need more detailed photos to begin. I specifically need to see the balance removed from the jamb and a clear shot of the top end, bottom end, and the shoe or clip at the end of the cord. Please let me know if that would be possible.

It looks like the shoe on the 751 model. I will send pictures of the balance removed along with the measurements per your instructions on the website.
