We can't be sure of what you need with the link arm still attached to the internal linkage. With that being said, we've listed a few similar options on this page to start with. Take a look and compare the installation hole spacing and size of the hole at the end of the link arms shown on our product pages to your assembly to determine if one of them match your assembly.
Comparing the specifications of the 39-025 crank shown below to your assembly would be a good place to start. As for removing that screw, keep soaking it with WD-40. Sometimes it takes a while for it to work. You can also try using some heat on the screw. Lastly, take a hack saw blade and try to cut the screw off. This can be a problem with rusted screws.
