Louver/Jalouise/Awning window crank

Looking for a replacement of this part for louver windows for an enclosed porch. Two hexagonal rods are inserted into the sides, then gears inside turn the rods in opposite directions to move the windows along the track. Gears have been worn down through the years (installed in 1960s ish). No idea on make/model, only visible marking is "patent pending". Not looking for identical part, just something with the same functionailty.
