It appears you might have our 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 180 springs, but you'll need to remove the shoe and confirm the dimensions and appearance to be certain. We can't tell what weight you need just from pictures of the sash I'm afraid. We need either numbers on the coil springs themselves, or, in lieu of that, the exact weight of the window sash. We can work out what you need with the exact weight.
