I need a replacement lower assembly for a Malta Window. I bleieve it is similar to or the same as your 36-004-10. I only need the base assembly and the window frame lower attachment is 10" x 3/4" that allows phippips head screws to attach it to the frame.
Aklso is it available ner me in Dayton Ohio,nearby or quick to ship?

I agree that your hinge resembles the 36-004-10. Keep in mind that you'll need to replace the top and bottom hinges. See our video below to walk you through the process.
