this looks like your 23=041 convex but your width measurement is 3 1/16 - mine is 3"- your height is 3 1/4 - mine is 3 5/8 will this work or is there something else ?this is for a mirror closet door

Thanks for posting. I do not believe these differences in measurement will affect function, as the 23-041 has been used to replace old rollers like yours many times in the past. Just confirm that you do indeed need a convex roller. Let me know what you think.

yes roller is convex - will the difference in measurements affect mounting?

When Acme bought out Stanley, they replaced the 4012 roller with our 23-041. Despite the slight differences, we've recommended the 23-041 to replace this very roller many times, and it's worked for past customers who have used it, so I don't think there will be any issue.
