Lower latch for window

A quick learner from Stafford va says:
This is the latch on the right top side of the lower window. It's spring loaded. From what I can see no screws so I'm not sure how it's held in the window.the past pic is what it suppose to look like I can try to take out of the window if need to

It seems like you may be able to use our 26-408 tilt lath pair. These do not slide out the window as normal tilt latches. You would lift up the back of the latch and pull it out from the sash. Look them over and get back to us if you have any further questions.
