This is an American Craftsman brand double hung window. The sash balance for the lower sash on the right side (viewed from indoors) has broken. Can you identify the correct replacement for me? Is it advisable to change them in pairs?

You'll need to removed your original coil balance hardware and see how it compares to our 15-087 housing and Series 180 coil springs. If everything matches up, we do recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window at the same time. Thanks for posting!
