Lower sash balances

Thanks for reaching out. This window balance is similar to a few series we have. However, while they are similar to one another, they aren't always interchangeable. 

To narrow down the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the string. It should be attached to the bottom of the coiled spring in the balance.

You'll need either the S351-26 or the S390-26 to replace your balances. To determine the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

For the stamp, I believe the 2540 should work. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 19 to 25lbs.
