Please advise me if these parts are available through Swisscom. Windows are approximately 25 years old and I am unable to tell who the manufacturer was.

Hi, Lorey. I'm afraid that I can't identify what you have from this photo. Can you show me a clear picture of the end profile? That will allow us to make out the shape, which is an essential detail. Thanks!

These pics are perfect, as a matter of fact. That's exactly what I needed to see.

I thought that shape of your profile looked like our 58-056E at first glance, but this is usually used for doors and is probably way too big. Instead, you might be able to use our 58-170B instead. The shape is a little different but this is more commonly used on windows and I think its your best bet. I recommend reviewing our measurement sjust to be 100% sure.
