Lower window won't stay open and currently crashes shut...

Quick Learner from NYC
Hi there,
I didn't see any markings on the window to identify it any further... it appears to be one your windows which is why I'm writing. It seems to me it needs a new pair of "saddles" for the window to stay in position. If this isn't enough information, please let me know where to look on the window for other identifying marks so I may be more specific. Thank you

Hello, thank you for posting,

If the window sash is not staying up, it is a window balance issue. From what I can see it appears you have a coil balance set up. To further review, we will need to see a clearer view of the pivot shoe in the window channel. It would be best to see it removed.

Please review the video below for a general overview of a coil balance and removal. Once we see the pivot shoe, we can confirm which Series your window uses.
