I need four of these window balances, window is a 36x60 I purchased from lowes. The I'd number on the part is 2730 jr. Thanks

Thanks for your post! Unfortunately, I would need to see pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings on your channel balance to help you find what you need.

We suspect that this channel balance has to be custom made but to confirm we have to see these fittings without obstruction. We will also need to see the metal hook at the end of the cord. Thank you!
