MALTA window lock and lever

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon style handles, such as the 38-208 or 38-209. You'll need to compare the specifications to see if either of these might be what you need. 

As for your operator handle and cover, if you could open the window and show us the arms that move the sash, that will help us confirm what you need. Thank you!
