MAXIM MULTI POINT LOCK MEDIUM PN 38-095 beige

A quick learner from Hendersonville, NC says:
I believe this is the proper lock that I need. These are the dimentions of what I have: 4 1/2" total length
11/16" total width
3/8: insertion section width
screw holes center to center 3 13/16'
color beige
Do you need any other dimentions?

Pictures attached.
Thank you,
Vincent

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Hello, Vincent. Your lock looks a lot like our 38-096. I would triple check your dimensions to determine which are closer to your hardware. These locks use a machine screw to attach to the window frame, something like our 33-097. They are installed behind the lock where they can't be seen, so color doesn't matter too much.
