Thanks for posting. We don't have this exact hinge, but you may be able to use one of ours as a substitute. To start, see our 32-343. Take a look at the specifications listed on the product page and see if you think this could work for you. You can see our other selection of cabinet hinges here.

Can you help me replace this hinge?
The numbers on the back are 652.220.50 00,
and 348.220.50/00, "Made in West Germany."

Hello,

It looks like you may be looking for the same hinges shown in your post from 2019 above. The 32-343 that Bob mentioned would still be our best replacement option. Take a look at this part and the rest of our cabinet hinges to see what you think.
