We do not carry an exact match for the Mepla hinge you are searching for, unfortunately. Mepla went out of business quite some time ago and we have not been able to source direct replacements for their hinges.
That said, our 32-340A and 32-344 may be worth considering. Keep in mind, there is a chance you may need to drill new installation holes to install them.
Take a look over each of them to determine if either of them could potentially work for your repairs.
