Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing Mepla hinges and I do not believe they can be found anywhere. That said, I would suggest taking a look at our 32-346 Bi-Fold Cabinet Door Hinge Set, 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set, or 32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge Set. There is likely to be some modifications you would need to make to install them.
