MGM Southern Rose 5610 Replacement Balance Assembly

Question

Greetings.  My home was manufactured in approximately 2013 and has single hung, tilting MGM 5610 windows.  I believe they are the Southern Rose line.  I need a replacement balance from the right side of the window.  I also need a replacement Pivot Shoe as well. See attached photos.

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance resembles our S795-32, which comes equipped with the 15-195, 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoe. You'll need to select the 32C stamp.

I am unable to determine the type of attachment needed for the top of your balance. If yours is a screw tab, the balance will work as is. However, if your balance has a hook, you may need to use the 26-200 balance screw plug along with the 33-016 screw. Take a look at the video below for reference.

There is a chance that space at the top if your window might be circular or another shape that would not accommodate the screw plug. If that is the case, you will need a special order balance. Please let me know.
