The concave profile steel wheel is a hair under 1" diameter measured to the outside edges. I didn't see an exact match in your inventory but 81-164 looks close.

This roller is from a MI 950 Patio Door. I purchased these doors in 2002.

Hello,

As long as you have some play under the door that will provide some space to reinstall the door, the slightly larger 1-1/8" wheel diameter of the 81-164 should still work for you. Thanks for posting!

That would be 1/16" less in door assembly clearance. I don't think that should be a problem if the wheels are able to be fully retracted within the trolly assembly.
