MI Capital 650 series windows

Have broken balances in two windows MI Capital 650 series windows aluminum frames, double pane, argon gas, tilt in bottom sash. Installed in 2003 Pulte Home egret model. I can't find serial number or other information. Thanks for your help.

I am sorry to hear about your balances. We would like to help you search for some replacements. First, we would like to see photos of the balance removed from the window, Next, we need the metal length measurement of the balance. Would this balance be for a tilt or non-tilt window? This is the information we need in order to move forward with this.

The balance is for a tilt window. One of the windows that works has the number 3520 on the metal.

I am afraid that is still not enough information for us to identify your balances and offer replacement. We really need to see photos of the balance removed from the window in order to begin the process of searching for some replacements. I understand they are damaged, however, if you do your best and get us some photos we will do our very best to find a match.
