MI Double Hung Window Balances

Thanks for reaching out to us! We can absolutely supply this balance for you, though we don't sell it as a complete assembly. Instead, we sell the individual components. The benefit of this is that aside from the springs, you only need to replace what's broken and reuse the rest. That includes the shoe, covers, and bushings.

With that in mind, the list of parts used in this assembly are:

• 15-180 pivot shoe
• 15-181 double detent clip
• 15-182 bushing
• Series 190 coil spring

Note that if one spring is broken, you really should replace all of them. You never want to mix old and new springs together. Aside from that, any component that is undamaged can be reused without issue.
