MI Home/Xact window will not stay up. looks like a broken pivot shoe.

Hope you can help. It appears that my plastic pivot shoe with a coil spring on top (left side looking from outside house, right side when looking from inside house)is broken as lock has fallen off and window cant lock in. My windows were purchased in 2007 and are MI Home/Xact Windows. The model # is 1450 classic 3254. There is no marking on the window itself with a sticker, but I still have the original invoice. The window measured 29" inch width and 26" inch in height/length.

Would you have the replacement shoe, or should entire coil balance be replaced? Coil balance at midpoint looks Ok, but shoe wont connect.

Your shoe looks a lot like our 15-180. See if this would be a good match. If the springs are in good condition, there's no reason you can't reuse them.
