This balance shoe is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It uses the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-073 screw. It is typically anchored to the window with a clip like the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip, used with the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
