The spiral is broken from the part that holds the window. I sent 3 pictures of the spiral and part.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that you are in need of a new pivot shoe. To further review, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!

How so you remove pivot shoe?

I have related a few videos on the page for assistance. It appears that the window has a cutout/opening in the window channel for removal, but if not or it isn't wide enough, we recommend the "cutout method" that is reviewed in one of the videos.

This is approximate length 1 11/16" and width 3/8". Pictures enclosed.

Thank you,

We do not carry an exact match, but recommend reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-212 as an alternative. The main dimensions to consider are the width and thickness of the shoe as well as the opening of the cam that accepts the pivot bar which is 5/16" wide by 3/16" high.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
