I have MI 8-year-old vinyl windows. upper sash of the double-hung tilt window coil balance is broken. I am looking to replace it but having a hard time finding the right item on your site. I have attached a picture of the broken part. please let me know which item will replace this.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180 that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!
The original coils should have a number stamped that will indicate the weighted option needed. Also see the 15-182 balance bushing and 15-181 double support clip if needed. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
