MI Window Need Tilt Latches and Constant Force Balances

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an undamaged balance assembly uninstalled, including both ends and any numbers stamped on the channel, to compare to our inventory. We would also need to see detailed photos of your tilt latches, along with written-out dimensions. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you made a request for this balance assembly back in 2021. I'll include our original response below. 

As for the tilt latch, unfortunately, the part shown in your photo is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact version removed from another window to compare to our inventory. In the meantime, you can find our selection here. 

We don't carry this exact assembly but you may be able to use our 15-251 single support as a replacement. if you also need new springs, see our S160. You will likely need to replace both sides in the same window for these to function properly. Thank you!
