Looking at your photo, your cover looks like our 15-186. Look it over to determine it is a match. This can be used with a Series 190 coil spring. Take a look to see if your coil looks like ours. If so, you will need to provide us with the stampings or markings that are on the spring. If there are no markings, get back to us with the weight of the sash.
