MI Window series 3540 Balancer

Need a balancer for the right side of a tilt window. Not sure what weight it is.

Hi there!
I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us what hardware your window uses. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to narrow down your replacement options.

I tried to take the window off the balancers but the piece it sits in looks like a little horseshoe. I'm looking to replace both and maybe a second set

Hello! Emily isn't here today but I'm happy to assist you to the best of my ability.
Looking over your photos, I would wager that your balance is either our Series 161 or Series 210, depending on the thickness of the shoe. That is the primary difference. The Series 161 is a relatively common thickness at 9/16" while the Series 210 is much, much larger at a whole 7/8". All you need to do is measure your old balance to confirm the best option.
