MI Windows 4300 Spiral Balance Replacement

Question

I have an MI Windows & Doors 4300 Series single-hung tilt window manufactured around 2012. One spiral balance has come loose and I want to replace both complete balance assemblies rather than repair the existing one.
Information available:

Window: MI Windows & Doors 4300 Series
Sash height: 29.5 inches
Spiral balance marking appears to read 9.0

Hey there. This is a coil balance system. See if the 15-251 Single Support Matches what you seek. For the coil spring, see the S160-09 9 pound spring sold separately. For a new mounting clip, consider the 16-032.
