MI Windows Sliding Patio Door Handle/Lock Assembly

Question

I have an MI Windows (Manufacturer Code MTL-2) Patio Door that is about 23 years old. It is Series 995 and Model SGD-R20-95x79.  As you can see in the pictures, the inside handle has stress cracked. I contacted MI and they do not have a replacement part anymore. They recommend that I contact Swiscco.  Do you have a replacement part for this?

We typically see damage, like this, on patio handles when excessive force is being placed on them. This is likely due to there being dirt and/or debris in either the roller or on the track, or damaged to one or both of them. It would be a good idea to examine them to discredit that as a possible issue.
