We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, your pivot is too damaged to identify. If you could remove an undamaged part from another window, as well as include written-out dimensions, we'd be happy to confirm if we carry a suitable replacement. Thank you.  

Unfortunately, we do not carry a direct replacement for your pivot pin but take a look at our 26-326 or 26-361 to see if you could adapt one of these to work for you. If you decide to give one of these a try, keep in mind that you may need to drill a new installation hole while being careful not to hit the glass in your window sash. Thanks for posting!
