Patio screen door got stuck, took it out and found the two bottom guide roller is wear off and stuck to the inner wall. Milgard agent refer me to this website to help find replacement part for roller (also how to take the old part out and installation guide.

Hi there David. Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify the roller when it's installed. Too many details are obscured by the frame, unfortunately.
