MI double hung tilt sash pivot bar

Looking for a few pivot bars for my MI double hung windows.   I have selected the correct pivot locking show (15-153) but am not seeing a pivot bar that matches this picture.  The bar that enters the shoe is 1/2 inch. 1st hole is 1 1/8 from the end, meaning 1/2 in + 7/8 in. Next hole is another 3/4 inch past the first hole. 1/4 wide x 3/16 thick for the section with the holes.  Hoping that you can help.  

Thanks, Emily.  This option will not work due to the needing to resulting pivot point will not allow the window to pivot prior to hitting a part of the window frame.  The offset provide ample room for the pivot point to avoid the window frame.  Do you have any other options?
