MI double hung window top sash won't stay up

Question

The left latch that you release to tilt out the window is broken and the spring is hanging out.
The loops on the end of the balance where the shoe should go looks broken.
However I am a novice at this so I may have got the names and stuff wrong'

Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-180 pivot shoe in addition to our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. For the tilt latches, please make sure that our measurements match yours. Also make sure the tooth is the correct style.
