MI mtl-2 Series 3500 window built in 2005 coil balance

Question

This is MI mtl-2 Series 3500 window built in 2005. A few of bottom windows keep dropping when opening. It seems the coil balance shoes are broken. I took the picture. Would you please take a look and please tell me what the part number is? Do you have the parts? Thank you!

Sure, this looks like a match for our 15-180 shoe which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs and 15-186 balance clip. Look these parts over and let me know what you think.
