Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. We also offer the 15-181 double support and 15-182 bushing used with this assembly. Take a look at the specifications to confirm they match your original hardware. You'll also need to locate the numbers on your coil springs to choose the corresponding strength options.
