Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, MI doors commonly use mortise handles like the 82-030 and 82-086 with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing. That means there's a good chance that the 82-310 key lock is compatible. 

However, this is just an educated guess and by no means a guarantee. In order for us to give a more confident answer, we would need to see a photo of your existing handle set (exterior and interior) and the mortise lock.
