MI spiral balance needed

The photo shows a spiral balance removed from an MI window installed in a house constructed in 2005. How do I get a replacement?

The parts you show from your MI window are the 15-180 coil balance shoe with a 15-186 coil balance clip and 15-182 bushing. The spring will be a Series 190 coil. When ordering the coil springs, you will need to match the spring weight number stamped on the old spring.
