MI surface keeper

Question

Hello my name is Chad and I work at an apartment complex which has what I believe windows manufactured by MI? The identification sticker is MTL-4. We are finding it very difficult to find these sash locks.

Thank you for writing in, Chad. Perhaps our 90-301 face mount keeper could work. Look it over and see if your measurements match up. If this is not a match, let us know what makes this part different from yours.
