window won't stay up. photo is of left side where part is missing. on the other side, the part has C2745 on it.

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure I understand. What part specifically is missing? I can see a pivot shoe in your photo, which resembles our 15-111. It also that your coil balance sprung up when removing the window sash. Could this be the only problem?
If so, place a screwdriver in the center metal cam and turn the it towards you so that the open end of the "U" faces you. That will allow you to bring it down. Just be careful, as it still may be under tension.
I recommend bringing the pivot shoe down to about the middle of the window before turning the cam up to lock the shoe in place. That will let you place the sash back in the window. Depending on the size of the sash, you might need some strength to do this.
