MI window bulb seal

I have single hung MI windows 8500 series that were installed when my home was built in 2001. The bulb seals on the bottom sash of my windows is deteriorating and crumbling. MI company gave me your name/ website, but did not help me determine which of your products to order or how the product is installed. Can you help? I can see a small slot on the exterior of the bottom sash, but the material is so crumbly that I can't pull it out, it just crumbles. Photo attached

We will do our best to help, but I need more information about the weatherseal. Specifically, we need to see a clear picture of its end profile. I know that yours is deteriorating and that it will be difficult, but please make sure that the sample you show is us whole and undamaged. If too much of it is broken off, we can't help.
