one of our MI window's pivot bars broke. These windows were installed by the builder in 2017. MI doesn't have the replacement part and referred us to swisco.

Hello! I think we can help, yes. We actually don't sell this exact pivot bar, but we do sell the 26-241, which has a very similar design. As long as the hole placement in relation to the front tip matches then I feel confident that it can work for you. The differences in design are superficial and shouldn't come into play, so at this stage all you have to worry about is hole placement.
