I need a sash lock for a MI 5800 series single slider window?

Also, do you have a channel balance for a MI 5500 single hung window?

I think we can replace this, though the best match will depend largely on your measurements. Before we can recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the screw holes, center-to-center?

As for the single hung window balance, we probably have a replacement but we'd need more information. I would need you to remove it from the window and show me a clear picture of the top nylon attachment, a clear picture of the bottom nylon attachment, and a clear picture of the stamp. Thank you!
